1. Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unmarked, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation). You also must state a valid reason for the return to be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made orders, or personalized coloring books, gift cards, and any items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return. Orders of value exceeding Rs 5000 are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To start a return, you can contact us at Care.littleboto@gmail.com . We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective when received.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, and we ensure they are securely packaged for delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Proof of Damage: Please email us at Care.littleboto@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging and a description of what went wrong.

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice for the same.
- Delivery of wrong product: Please email us at Care.littleboto@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with a clear photo of the wrongly delivered item as well as the correct item from the orders placed, and the packaging and a description of what went wrong.
- Replacement Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send out a replacement free of charge. Replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will communicate with you to confirm the replacement delivery date.
3. Refund Policy

If we get a claim within 48 hours upon receiving a faulty product or wrong product, we are willing to either replace the product with a new one, or process a refund for your order.

Based on the condition for the return or the refund, our team will examine your complaint and your eligibility to process a full or partial refund.

Orders of value below Rs 5000 may be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for returned items if your claim is eligible under the return policy and meet the condition requirements.

No Refunds for Orders Above Rs 5000: Please note that orders above Rs 5000 are not eligible for refunds, but we do offer replacements if some of the items are damaged upon arrival (as per the replacement policy above). We require a claim to be filed within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process: If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Kindly coordinate with our customer support to ensure a smooth refund process.
